Custom Orders and Final Sale Policy
All Your Diamond Hunter jewelry is custom-made. Any selection made at checkout, including side or accent diamonds, metal choice (14K gold, 18K gold, or platinum), finger size, head or setting configuration, or diamond
matching, results in a custom piece created exclusively for the customer. Because custom-made jewelry cannot be resold as new, all custom orders are final sale.
A non-custom item is defined strictly as a finished piece already in our possession and purchased exactly as shown.
Inspection Period and Exceptions
Your Diamond Hunter stands behind the accuracy and craftsmanship of every piece. If an item is found to have a verified manufacturing defect or material misrepresentation when compared to its written description, we will, at our discretion, repair the item, replace the item, or issue a refund.
All claims must be reported within seven (7) to ten (10) days of delivery and are subject to inspection.
Return Authorization Requirement
All returns or warranty service requests require prior written approval in the form of a Return Authorization (RA). The assigned RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Packages received without a visible RA number will not be accepted or signed for.
Issuance of a Return Authorization does not guarantee a refund. All items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Warranty Policy
Your Diamond Hunter jewelry is warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of six (6) months from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes normal or excessive wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft, and loss of stones not due to manufacturing defects, and any work performed by a third party.
For engagement rings and wedding bands, missing side or accent diamonds within the first ninety (90) days may be replaced if determined to be a manufacturing defect. After ninety days, the missing stones are considered wear and tear.
Delivery, Pickup, and Shipping Policy
Appointment-only pickup is available at our Clayton, Ohio office (45315). Walk-in pickups are not available. Complimentary hand delivery is available within a forty (40) mile radius of Clayton, Ohio, by appointment only.
Free, fully insured shipping is provided within the Continental United States via FedEx or UPS, including signature confirmation and discreet packaging.
Checkout and Order Confirmation
Full payment is required at checkout. All orders are subject to review and acceptance prior to processing.
Custom orders may not be cancelled once production has begun or once an item has shipped.
By completing checkout, the customer acknowledges and agrees to allpublished policies.
