How Lab Grown Diamonds Are Created
The journey of the lab-grown diamond began with a tiny sliver of real diamond—technically called a diamond seed—taken from a natural diamond formed within the earth.
Using that seed as its foundation, a new diamond was grown. That diamond could then provide the seed for another, allowing each new generation to continue the journey.
Today, a diamond seed may come from a previously lab-grown diamond—but the journey began with a natural diamond from the earth.
